La Compañía recopila información proporcionada voluntaria y libremente por clientes, proveedores, socios comerciales, empleados, o cualquier tercero que pueda tener acceso a sus productos y/o servicios. La información se documenta mediante contratos, cartas, formularios, bases de datos, u otros medios, con el fin de mantener un registro adecuado de nuestras relaciones y cumplir con los requisitos legales aplicables.

Actividad del negocio.

CURP (Clave Única de Registro de Población).
RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes).
Información educativa, referencias personales, salud actual, ingresos, género, cuentas bancarias y sueldos.

Personas Morales:

Nombre o Razón Social.
Actividad mercantil u objeto social.

Dirección (calle, número exterior/interior, colonia, código postal, municipio/ciudad, entidad federativa).
Fecha de constitución.
Nacionalidad.
Teléfonos y correo electrónico o sitio web.
Información de la persona autorizada para celebrar contratos (administrador, gerente, representante legal).

Estos Datos Personales se recopilan en cumplimiento con las leyes aplicables y las cláusulas de los contratos celebrados con las partes que proporcionen dichos datos de manera voluntaria.

3. CONFIDENCIALIDAD Y TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES

Confidencialidad: Los Datos Personales, incluyendo los Datos Sensibles referidos en la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, proporcionados a La Compañía por empleados o terceros con consentimiento, serán tratados conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes y con medidas de seguridad adecuadas.

In compliance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5th, 2010, the following Privacy Notice is hereby issued:

The information is documented through contracts, letters, forms, databases, or other means, as applicable, to maintain proper records and comply with legal requirements.

RFC (Federal Contributor’s Registration Code).
Educational information, personal references, health status, income, gender, bank accounts, and salary.

Name or Trade Name.
Mercantile activity or corporate purpose.
RFC.
Address (street, exterior/interior number, colony, ZIP code, city, state).
Date of incorporation.
Nationality.
Phone numbers and email or website.
Information about the authorized person to enter into contracts (administrator, manager, legal representative).

This Personal Data is gathered in compliance with applicable law and with the provisions of the contracts entered into by the parties that voluntarily provide such data.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

Confidentiality: The Personal Data, including Sensitive Data, referred to in the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties, provided to The Company by employees and third parties with their consent, will be treated in compliance with current legal regulations and with appropriate security measures.

4. LIMITATIONS OF USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Personal Data you provide to us through legal and legitimate means is handled confidentially. However, Personal Data may be used and disclosed for purposes such as:

Fulfilling the objectives outlined in the “Data Handling” section.
Statistical purposes and dissociation.
Improving our products, services, and operations.
Updating the contents on our website.
